Other Rooms, Other Voices, artist, Blue MacAskill's exhibition can be seen at the National Library, Aberystwyth, between the 8th - 13th December 2008, from 10am -6pm daily.

Artist in Residence, MacAskill, has researched, explored and experienced all collections at the National Library of Wales. The 'Other Rooms, Other Voices' exhibition tells the story of her discoveries and shows artworks that form a personal portrait of the library, reflected back by her response to the residency undertaken during the period January - October 2008.

The artist will be hosting a performance in the Education Studio in the Library's public area to communicate how visitors can best use the vast resources the Library has to offer and how they could further explore the collections. MacAskill will be working in the room, using its walls like a canvas, to develop the work over a whole week in the life of the LLGC.

The project is supported by SAFLE, the Public Art organisation for Wales.
